Rocky is a member of the Vehicle Voltron. He is part of the Air-Sub Team, and his vehicle forms the upper torso of that Voltron. He is known to eat a lot and is nice. He is friends with Hunk from the Lion Voltron. He and Hunk have many similarities. He operates the Strato Weapons Module (#2).
